Chalon Controls Ltd was formed in 1989 to manufacture control panels, motor control centres and LV switchboards.

Our products range from pushbutton stations and small direct on line starters to ASTA Certified withdrawable motor control centres and LV switchboards upto 3000A.

Chalon Controls Ltd is conveniently based in Haydock, less than half a mile from the M6 motorway; giving ready access to the national motorway network.

Over the last 20 years the company has gathered a reputation of designing and manufacturing high quality control panels to a varied base of satisfied customers in all areas of industry.

Our company has evolved into an organisation, which provides leading edge solutions for companies in most industry sectors, from small contractors to Blue Chip multinationals.

We have recently moved into larger premises, which enables us to expand even further and manage larger projects.

We are an engineering based, not an accountancy based company and carry a wide ranging stock of control gear products enabling us to give rapid response when necessary. We typically stock Enclosures up to 1000mm x 1000mm in both GRP and Mild Steel, Isolators up to 1000A, Fuse Siwtches and MCCBs up to 630A and Contactors in 3 and 4 pole up to 780A.
